Who we are

Vitalyse (Vitalyse Pty Ltd, ABN 84 693 410 310) provides Occupational Therapy assessment, remote device & wearable monitoring and funding analytics services to retirement village operators and home care providers in Australia.

What we collect through this website

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, work email, organisation, role, phone number and the details of your enquiry. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to tell you about our services.

How we store it

Website enquiries are stored in our customer relationship management system, HubSpot. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
